Maintenance Contracts that work for you
When agreeing on your fire alarm system maintenance contract or security system maintenance contract, we’ll ensure that you receive the right level of support for your premises. Our packages include Basic, Advanced and Premium cover. We discuss your specific requirements and select either a pre-set service level, or we build a bespoke agreement that works just for you.
Scheduled Maintenance Services
For scheduled maintenance services, we will work around your residents and site users to ensure that we’re maintaining your system to the highest standards with the minimum disruption to your day-to-day operations. Examples of scheduled support could be weekly or monthly alarm testing, or bi-annual fire door inspections to ensure that doors remain compliant and fit for purpose.
On-call Maintenance Services
Sometimes issues may arise between scheduled maintenance visits. For these unanticipated issues, we have a dedicated engineering team who operate 24/hrs a day, 365 days a year. This allows us to deliver quick and efficient priority response service to our client base.
